The couple that owns and runs this location are great to deal with and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay.

I liked it was located off the highway. I didn't like the steep driveway.

It was an older properly but fairly well cared for. It was a very good value for the money. And it had a breakfast.

I stayed for 5 nights as I'm working locally for the next few weeks. The service is outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Responsive to any requests. The rooms are clean and spacious with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. As with any older facility could use some updates (carpet) and have original bath fixtures. Adequate breakfast is a little more than the advertised "continental" which was nice. It's well worth the price if you really are just needing a place to sleep and be comfortable between shifts!

The hotel is dated and a little tired. Upholstery on armchair was very worn. The breakfast was nothing I wanted to eat. Some mini muffins from Walmart, cold cereal, make your own waffles - waffle batter was a small amount of batter in a pitcher. Batter had separated from the oil, which was a layer on top of the batter. Milk was from a gallon jug in the refrigerator. I like an individual carton of milk that has not been opened. There were literally 3 slices of bread that you could make into toast. I don't remember seeing any plates for any breakfast items. All in all the breakfast was very unappetizing. Coffee and orange juice were alright - the world's smallest Styrofoam cups that I had ever seen! I assume it was to discourage taking too much of the beverages. The towels in the bath room were so very thin and small. There was plenty of hot water for a shower with decent water pressure. I requested a late check out - which they gave me 30 extra minutes - until 11:30. Not very helpful at all. When I requested a late checkout at a Sheraton Hotel in Omaha recently, I was asked if 4:00 would be enough time. Big difference regarding customer service. NO lobby to speak of. I would not check back into this hotel. There are better places to stay in Beatrice.

This hotel is obviously transitioning from one company to the next. Stickers covering the original hotel name etc. Gave this a way. I am assuming this explains hotel condition. Overall it was decent for the price but the outlet by bed had no outlet cover, the tub was stained, and the breakfast was not worth walking down for.

No hot water in the bathroom, Tv turned on but was not able to change channels. Thin walls.

Clean room but bedspread and carpet were stained pretty badly. Room has fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Friendly, quick check-in. Average breakfast selection. Bed was a bit too soft (personal preference).

Not the cleanest. Not the best smelling. Certainly not the quietest. It was however adequate. They had their bases covered with a refrigerator, microwave, and ironing board. However, the sound of other guests closing their doors will literally rattle your bed.
