For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. Tamanho do quarto muito bom e vista linda da cidade. Em frente ao shopping Morumbi. Cama confortável.

Faltou orientação quanto uso de cartão no elevador. Parece irrelevante mas nem todos sabem usar. Fiquei pelejando a primeira vez até que outro hospede entrou no elevador e ajudou. De modo geral à conservação do quarto precisa melhorar pra um hotel 4 estrelas… papel de parede soltando, ferrugem no banheiro, marcas de limo no ajulejo, guarda-roupa agarrando, luminária ao lado da cama falhando…

Localização, café da manhã, atendimento, limpeza, vista do quarto.

Não sei qual o real problema, mas durante o banho aparecia cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. As toalhas poderiam estar mais macias. O vaso sanitário tinha uma descarga com pouca pressão, quase nula. As cadeiras externas da piscina estavam em condições ruins. Isso fez com que o hotel não alcançasse minhas expectativas.
