Extremely nice stay! Not your run-of-the-mill hotel. Pristinely clean room. Beautiful view of the ocean from the second floor. Eclectic decor. Very kind staff and a dog friendly Atlantic beach to boot! Plus lots of little extras. My wife and I would stay here again in an instant!

To say this place is incredible would be an understatement. I have never been to such a well thought-out and intentionally prepared hotel. From the lobby to the room they provide things you didn't even know you wanted! Such a lovely place I will come back just to stay here for sure.

What a delightful surprise! We booked last-minute online during our trip. Mostly because of the proximity to Saint Augustine, and the breakfast included. The free parking, closeness to the beach, pool, hammocks and outdoor lounge areas, and most of all the price, were all amazing! When we got there, we were delighted with how cute and well stocked everything was. The breakfast fully exceeded expectations with freshness and election, annd I d never had such a variety of coffee options at the coffee bar. Just a BONUS in my opinion, ans I love coffee. Lavender and vanilla syrup, and cold foam topping are not things you see many places. Everything was super clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming! AJ and Beverly made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay again when we are passing through Saint Augustine, this is our new favorite stop when traveling down the coast of Florida.

The stay was great. The staff was accommodating and personable. The breakfast was good and the beach access was everything.

Staff was a attentive, the rooms were comfortable. The grounds provide options to sit, grill or play games. Dog friendly.

Room was dirty. The staff was inattentive and too busy on their cellphone. Smoking and drugs at pool area. Breakfast was bad. No concern to help or make it right.

Very cute place. Looks like a motel from outside but amenities like bath products etc. can surpass a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet looked very well presented. Just because beach access says "hotel guests only", there is nothing private about the beach, it was in fact crowded. There is Publix and some basic eateries nearby and St. Augustine is about 10 minutes away by car.
