My experience at leela palace has been nothing but amazing the staff and the whole crew has been amazing, the food and everything was on point, will definitely stay here again

The lounge was a really comforting space to sit, relax and write. The palace butlers were extremely hospitable and offered coffee and sandwiches on the house. Highly recommend!

He has been the most gracious, kind, and attentive butler throughout my stay at The Leela Palace. From morning until night, he is always present with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. No photograph can capture how special Indian hospitality at Leela Palace truly is! Every member of staff is delightful, authentic, helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Whether you need a tour of the breakfast buffet, show an interest in the architecture, want to know more about the city or request a late checkout, everything is done with a smile. As a solo traveller, everyone made me feel very welcome and I was never short of someone to talk to! A few experiences made my trip truly special - on my first night I dined at Jamavar (have the Maharaja menu - it’s incredible!) and told my friendly waiter about how much I enjoyed learning how to cook a few Indian dishes from my friends in the UK. The next thing I knew I was meeting the chef and was booked in for a private cookery lesson a few days later! A once in a lifetime opportunity! Then there’s Oshin - my fabulous butler! If you stay in a Royal Club room you are assigned a personal butler who you can communicate with over Whatsapp and see every day in the club lounge. Oshin was so lovely and helpful, she really went above and beyond for me, especially on my last day when I wasn’t feeling well (health condition, not trip related). Everything about the Leela is magical - the architecture, the food, the rooms, the service, all the little added touches. It was hard to leave but I’ll definitely be back.
