My stay was great and I enjoyed the location easy access

Hotel was unclean. Owners were extremely helpful and courteous though despite the unkept rooms. Our room smelled like smoke. Neighborhood is questionable, if you're into leather booty shorts and cash money stilettos convenient shopping located next door. If you're in a bind, ok hotel. You can catch the bus to canal st (62 or 64) nearby for $1.50 or $12 taxi ride.

The hotel was basically what I expected. Reasonably clean and accommodating for a quick weekend trip. Close enough to historic sights and museums (one of the focuses of our trip).

Basic hotel, reasonable rates but in poor location.

The Hotel is close to a bus stop, so that you don't need the car for going to downtown and other parts of the city. The room was nice but could be cleaner, breakfast was ok. The staff tell you what you're asking for, but not more, what might be helpful.

It was ok for quick mardi gras get away. Room was clean and it was close to bourbon street. A couple of my towels had a black stain on it. Ewwwwe

I made a reservation six weeks before my arrival. I even called the day before check-in to make sure everything was set. When I arrived with my family, they said they couldn't find my reservation. Then they charged me more money & gave me a key to a room that already had people in it. They seemed apathetic about the issue and when I got back home and tried to rectify everything, instead of refunding me for the room I couldn't and didn't stay in, it turns out they charged me for it a 2nd time. I called and they just kept claiming it was refunded even though I could clearly see on the bank statement that I was charged twice. I do not recommend giving them your business.

Hotel is nice, room is comfortable and large, with everything you need. However, hotel advertises itself as 'minutes to French quarter'... It's not. It's not close to town AT ALL, and we had to spend 1 hour on the bus everyday to get into town. In a taxi it took 15-20 minutes. So definitely not as central as they would have you believe. Free breakfast which is good. Majority of staff are very nice, however the receptionist on night duty, was the rudest I've ever seen from someone who works in hospitality. We checked out at 6am and asked her politely if she could call a cab for us, as the man working the night before had said it wouldn't be a problem, she rudely told me she didn't have a phone on reception and that it wasn't her job to call us a cab. I explained that as a foreigner, I didn't have a US phone but she still refused. Customer service was disgusting from her and based on her complete lack of willingness to help guests in her own hotel, I wouldn't recommend it. Area itself is very dirty and locals warned us it wasn't safe, we didn't feel comfortable leaving valuables for this reason. Wouldn't recommend solely on location and rudeness of staff member who SHOULD be trying to assist guests.

Great service. Clean. Not the greatest neighborhood but I am not going to live there would go back
