Nice location to subway system connecting to the airport and railway station. Good restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is larger than general standard size.

The front desk lady charged me with RMB 1000,equivalent to about USD 141 at the time of check in, i.e. Sept 18 2019 for hold for security purposes.She promised me I would get it back when I checked out on September 20 2019, but up to date(9/23/2019),in vain. Please action. Thanks
IDI'm coming on the night, handle fast check in and reception too helpfully. The room old but location suitable nearby subway and location business. Best view from my room as a bonus. good but needs a more upgrading for modern room.
Very pleasant stay, front desk was very helpful. Rooms are nice and big. The only issue I had was at check in where I had difficulties in finding the bell boy to assist us with the luggage off the taxi and into our room.
Pluses: - good location not far from Huaqiang North station; - A lot of shops and restaurants around; - Good breakfast; - Super good service ! Specially housekeeping! Super lovely, helpful, kind ladies! Amazing! - Helpful staff; - big rooms. Minuses: - it is a bit old; - Still lot of people smoke inside the building; - Gym is old and No AC! Hot and humid!
