Wifi sucks
We decided to spend 2 days in Shenzhen instead of HK, so made a quick booking here after crossing the border. The hotel is immediately next to a metro stop so getting around is very easy. The room was very 80/90's style, but comfortable and clean. There are lots of facilities, we used the pool and spa areas.
Booked at Expedia and confirmed the booking, but hotel staff mentioned no more room left and we had to pay taxi to get to the hotel and so disappointed there was no room available. Why did you guys not sync with the hotel?! So terrible and it is new year eve. Expedia you have a terrible service
Great location: right at Metro exit, lots of shopping across the road, lots of eating options. Make sure you check out the underground mall, it's huge. Very safe, lots of security cameras and police around. Definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
AUHotel was in a great location, well priced and close to the subway. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful. We did not use any of the other facilities in the hotel as there were so many choices outside food wise. The only downside is that smoking is allowed in the hotel so technically your room is only non smoking when you are using it, the next guest could be a smoker, we had to change our original room, the staff were very accommodating and found us a suitable room
This was an amazing hotel and the stay was brilliant. I would advise for the staff to learn more English although all were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again
AUIt was my first stay here for a business meeting. The taxi took me to the door and was greeted with warm smiles. Check-in was the slowest I experienced at any hotel in a very long time. The room was booked yet was not ready at the informed time. The check-in operator failed to advise me of simple things like where the elevators were, breakfast time, gymnasium and pool floor and Wi-Fi details. I had to discover all myself. Wi-Fi would not work on my phone. Sign in details were not compatible so I use my own data. Not bad, 3,000 a night and no internet!!!!! Not good for a 5 star hotel in this day and age. Beyond that, the room was quiet and very comfortable, shower was over the bath so unsuitable if someone is unable to climb into the bath. Locality was perfect. Subway entrance C Haoxin station at the front of the hotel. Across the road was a big mall and electronics superstore. Time did not allow looking in there, next time. A great breakfast included. See you next time.
