Marriott's MountainSide

This was our first time in Park City, so my wife and I are so glad we stayed at the Marriott Mountainside. It’s a wonderful place and close to everything we liked to do.

Great location - trails right next to the hotel, and the walk into town was very easy. Clean room, lots of towels, good sized parking spaces, and readily available luggage carts made this an great place to stay for our end of summer vacation.

Perfect location, front desk staff was over the top with accommodations at a last minute check in and also keeping us in the same villa when we decided to extend our stay. We will be back!

I can see the draw and because it is so popular customer service doesn't need to be a high priority. But as a Presidential Level owner, very disappointed in the before arrival communication and then room assignment. Posting pics of what you'd think a Presidential level member would warrant and then what we were stuck with. We should have to ask, with our investment it the best views and on property locations should be a given. Also, there isn't one area on property where you can have outside quiet and solitude, we observed a resident finding the only place outside to sit and read is at the front door, where there is constant foot traffic, since there are no balconies, there should be someplace to find some solitude in a public space.

We had a great time at the Marriott Mountainside in Park City. The resort has tons of activities to keep you busy if you want. The amenities are plentiful with great pools and spas along with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Great proximity to historic downtown. Can’t wait to come back!
