Marriott's MountainSide

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed here for 6 nights. We loved our soaking tub, and the bed was great! Easy access to restaurants and sites. Parking spaces were tight. They had nice activities at the resort, a nice complex of restaurants in a walkable distance, our condo was pretty perfect!

We just stayed at Marriott Mountainside for a quick getaway to Park City. We had a 2 bedroom unit - it was actually a one bedroom suite with a connecting studio. The rooms were nicely furnished. The pool is closed right now, but the fire pit and hot tubs were nice. There is a pretty decent view of the sunset from the back patio. Not many of the shops/restaurants were open in the plaza next to the Marriott, but there were plenty on Main St. We arrived into town at about 2:30 and stopped by to see if we could check in early. As almost always happens at a MVC, we were told the room wasn’t ready, but they would check us all in and call or text me when the room was ready. 4:00 rolled around - the normal super-late check-in time, and I still had not received a call, so I went back and waited in line to check. The check-in process seems to take a really long time. And the lights in the lobby give off a lot of heat. We finally got our keys and could relax. I understand they say that they are not a hotel so Bonvoy privileges do not apply, but it’s really annoying. Don’t say you’re going to call when you’re never going to. I don’t know how exactly they perform the miracle of all rooms being ready at exactly 4pm. Check-out is 10am, which is too early.

Loved the hotel, the location, the view from my villa, thanks to the staff that were there when needed !!

Location. Attention to detail. It was Easter and they really went above and beyond for our 4 year old daughter. Very accommodating.

This is a typical Marriott Vacation Club Hotel. We've stayed here more than three times over the years since it opened before the 2002 Olympics. Rooms are nice, staff is helpful, and the location is perfect if you're looking to be at the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort. Familes will have plenty to do for every age. The best part of the hotel is the location. If you want to go to Main Street you'll need to catch a short ride or be willing to walk for 20 minutes. Good hotel, nothing over the top. Go in the expectations set properly and you'll be pleased.

Great location! Easy access to ski in/ski out. The washer and dryer were so helpful to have on a ski trip.

This was our 4th trip to this fabulous location and the 2nd time staying @ the Marriott - simply love this place - First, the best location ski in ski out with super friendly ski valet boyz - this stay has all the benefits of a top hotel with the ease & convenience of having your own appartment !! Best facilities plus beautiful warm & helpful staff !! If you plan to ski Park City (&Canyons) this is the place to stay - Enjoy!!

Our favorite spot to stay in park city! Always feels like home.

Very nice ski in /ski out hotel. Perfect for a family as the villas are comfortable with enough space for all. The amenities such as the ski valet, lounge/game area and gym are all great. The front desk staff were all very helpful too. I only wish the hotel had an on site restaurant or more real food on offer as the evening options in the resort area are slim. That said, it’s a short walk into town where there are many lovely restaurants. We would definitely return to this Marriott (hopefully when there’s more snow and the patrol strike is resolved!).
