"NOT SUITABLE FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL"

Just checked in and disappointed with many things 1. Finding the rooms have no clear signs 2. No extra perks for being a diamond member 3. Parking is nightmare 4. Very noisy heating and fan ( looks like last century equipments). 5. Little cramped rooms for compare to other Hilton facilities. I am here for business so my verdict is that this is not suitable for business travelers.

Iban en familia 4 menos res de edad mi esposo y rente 2 cuartos no me dieron cuartos separados uno 1ro. piso el otro 2do. Le dije asรญ era y yoooo queeee si son menores de 14 aรฑos todos y me reubicaron no quedรณ igual en 2do piso ambos muy separados diferentes pasillos

"Over all it is a good place to stay."

Like the location close to beach๏ผŒ restaurant and whole Foods. Room has a small kitchen. We can make our own meals.

Bed is a little bit soft.

We had a two bedroom suite for the whole family. South Shore is a great location to visit family in Reno, check out Virginia City & Carson City and to explore the area.

Very nice room and location.

We had expected a balcony but got room on the first floor. Facing parking lot to boot. However we did get a free upgrade to upper floor with real balcony after signing up for a timeshare seminar. So we did get a true balcony afterall.
