The property was super clean. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

They were doing renovations which they mentioned ahead of time however, the price was extensive with the amount of construction that was going on

I recently stayed at Hilton Vacation Club and was extremely disappointed by the service I received from Timothy at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, they were dismissive and visibly annoyed by basic questions. Instead of the welcoming atmosphere I expect from this brand, I was met with eye-rolls and a complete lack of professionalism. A hotel is in the business of hospitality, but this interaction felt like an inconvenience to the staff. I hope management addresses this, as it significantly soured my stay.
