My husband is a Bluegreen Diamond owner for many years. This was our first time in Panama Beach. We brought some friends with us to show them the property so they could also buy in. We were greatly disappointed. There is no communication among the departments. The managers run off constantly. Usually, the front desk agents look miserable and don't want to assist. So much training needed. The hours of Cabana Cafe are until 3pm but they close the store at 1pm. Flip Flops opens when they want to. So many maintenance issues. Management never calls back. The only good thing about this trip was the 2 employees that actually acted like they knew what they were doing and actually cared. THANK YOU SO MUCH Annie-Sam (I believe they said she was a new). Young lady you tried your best to make this stay an enjoyable one. I don't know what kind of show you all are running but someone needs to make that girl the manager! And to the bellmen that helped us with our things, THANK YOU young man for being so kind and helpful. ALL of management should be ashamed of the way you take care of your owners.

The only dining on the property was a pool bar (Flip Flops). The service was none existent. Even when we ordered from the bar, we never got served.
