Hilton Vacation Club Villas de Santa Fe

The room was perfect and very clean. The bathroom was great-having its own separate room, and than large counter space. The staff was very nice and accommodating, enjoyed our check in and check out. The location is close to downtown, allowing for an easy walk to everything. Lots of space in the room!

The floorplan for the rooms is fantastic. the pool looked clean.

Signage is non-existant for check in. there are about 3 parking places for check in, but no sign to identify what building to go to. There was no prior notice that they charge your credit card $200 when you arrive. Hilton has never done that to us before. Both of our backs ached after sleeping on that bed.

They advertise as having a full kitchen, but this is not true. There is no oven, even for something simple like a frozen pizza. Also, there was only one pot which is generally not enough. It was all fine and you can make do and they did provide an extra pot when requested, but they shouldn't advertise what they don't have.

The room had a horrible smell. The staff placed us in another room It was okay, really needed to be updated. It looked old and tired.

We had a one-bedroom suite, ground floor. The property is in a great location within safe, easy walks to a mall with a grocery store, the Plaza, Canyon Road and the Rail Yard. Our unit was clean, quiet, had almost a full kitchen (microwave but no oven) and everything we needed for re-heating leftovers and making easy breakfasts. Bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of towels in the bathroom. Good lighting and lots of places to plug in devices. Parking wasn't as tight as we'd read about but also wasn't completely full. Friendly staff and nice lobby with free coffee! Price value/location was superior to prior suite bookings elsewhere in SF. This property was a first of our many stays in the City Different to date and we'll definitely book again!

The layout of our suite had the bathroom between the living room and bedroom so you had to pass through one to get to the other. Could be a privacy issue if sharing the space with friends using the living-area sofabed. Never figured out the suite's climate controls, and the blower on the gas fireplace was really loud...not that we could use it as if we'd figured out how to turn down the heat, the fireplace would just kick it up again. Would loved to have had a balcony but all-in-all a great stay.

Perfect location to explore Santa Fe! Walking distance to the Plaza, quiet yet central. The atmosphere was perfect, but it was the staff that truly made our trip memorable. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes are a credit to the Hilton team. The Saturday afternoon hot toddy was a pleasant surprise and a great way to socialize with other guests. A shout-out to the housekeeping staff for taking care of us. It's rare to find a dedicated team that pays attention to detail. We can't wait to come back!
