Rooms were spacious, loved having our own kitchen and balcony for fresh air. Bed was comfortable and the gym was perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly. Devon, the manager, particularly was kind to us to resolve an issue we were having with poor wifi connection. The area is very safe and quiet. There was ample convenient parking. It was close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Wifi was slow. Dark luxury vinyl floors needed a good mopping. Maybe they are only vacuumed between guests because a wet paper towel used to wipe up drips on the kitchen floor was dirty. All other surfaces in the room and kitchen were very clean.

Location was excellent. Close to many restaurants, attractions. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean.

The facility could be updated. Would have been nice to have clothes washer/dryer in the room. Dishwasher was very loud. Bathroom lighting poor. No oven; just a stove top. TV was very hard to work. Villa was either too hot or too cold- air conditioner cycled. Furniture not comfortable.

Excellent staff. Clean large room.

I was near an exterior door and whenever anyone came or went, the door slammed. Plus although the kitchen was fairly well stocked, there was no oven. And the listing said there was breakfast, but there wasn't
