The Patricia Grand by Vacasa

I did not try the food options in the hotel. I followed the sign to the gift shop and it was full of old mattresses. The hotel only gives you 2 tiles and 2 rags at a time. I had a family of 4 and had to keep going down to guest services to switch out the 2 tiles and rags for another 2, so everyone could wash up check out is at 10 am and seems kind of early compared to other hotels. The hotel room was ok and had great scenery otherwise.

Great food options, comfortable room, VERY pet friendly. Everything easily accessible

Liked that it is pet friendly.

Ocean front

The parking garage is very small and tight. The elevators are shaky, we got stuck once and then 2 were shut down for our entire trip. The rooms is moldy BUT for a pet friendly hotel, the access to the beach it was a good stay. It wasn’t bad just average.

Reasonable price. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked. DJ at pool was a nice touch. Unit had a Queen Pull Out Sofa Bed that had a mattress that was awfully thin, requested extra comforters & stacked those on top to make it bearable. Elevators were slow, hot & completely broken down daily. Toilet leaked & ran the entire stay. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 & 6:30am due to a glitch in the system. Had to evacuate from 14 floors. Activities only happened during the week - no weekend activities other than pool DJ. Door codes were 10 digits long - awfully long number to remember so we had to take our phone everywhere so we could look at the number! If you got it wrong it would lock out & have to be reset at 3x.

Evertime we stay here its a good time for my family and our dog.

Room was clean and balcony was nice. Elevators are not air conditioned which was a bit rough when outside temps were 100° and going up in humid box. Rooms had AC and that was nice. Our room had kitchen which was really nice to have the big fridge and freezer. It was a nice stay and being right on the beach was a huge plus. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Room was alright beautiful view didn’t feel it was cleaned good tho our soap was over half empty and our pull out couch bed had crumbs all in it? But other then that it was a decent room and decent stay I give it about a 3 I would consider staying there abain

The hotel was everything we expected and more. On our last night we went to the Indigo restaurant on the 2nd floor. Our waitress, Wendy, was the BEST!! If you go… request her as your waitress.
