The hotel is dated and in dire of upgrades. Navigating the parking structure is very tight.

Ocean front

Staff hair everywhere. The toilet had to be fixed before vacation could begin. The building and parking was crazy. Like for real who and why did they build it like that. Ridiculous.

LOCATION

The room was smaller than advertised and the balcony door was broken and wouldn't lock, the bed had mold on the sheets, the elevators were rickety and loud, breakfast was absolutely disgusting every day that we were there, the guest at the hotel were rude and fought and slanders constantly, although customer service was very nice and they were not helpful with any situation or issue, the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Nice beachfront hotel. Wasn't busy when we went in June. Hotel is a little outdated and breakfast was okay

The elevators take forever and will go past your floor numerous times. Probably in 4 days we spent 3 hours waiting for elevators

Didn't offer much on the 2nd and third days

Parking. The ramp and parking spots was too narrow and the elevators were inoperable too often.
