The staff was very nice and helpful

I had booked 2 rooms for 5 days our rooms where on 7th floor and had bed bugs/roaches. I then went to the front desk to tell them and was told to talk to the manager. The manager never gave us a call or come up to the room to verify. We ended up having to stay at another place with my sister and her husband. So spent almost $3000 for nothing!

Had a great stay. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was excellent. Will stay there again.

The air conditioner caused the balcony to stay wet.

Location

The 1st room we got was smelly, water was on the floor in the living room, sink in bathroom was clogged, so they move us to another room which was much better. They dont make beds only if we requested which we only found out day before we left. They only took some of the dirty towels and when I call to request towels, we waited over an hour and when we call back the staff on Sunday 14th between 4 & 5p was so nasty we had to go for the towel ourselves.
