Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas

The internet was inconsistent for my sister who had AT&T as her carrier. We also experienced buffering with the TV and the landline stopped working the last night of our stay

Room was clean and kitchen stocker with essential Paper towels Pots and pans Plates utensils Even a tiny s&p shake

Loved the family amenities and resort location. Staff was super friendly and available at all times. Facility looks well maintained and clean.

We smelt gas by the elevators, along with other guest. Made a complaint but the staff seemed to blow it off, there were cockroaches in our unit, and a pocket knife cutter was found in the pull out sofa bed so a lil concern with housekeeping. The coffee in the main lobby needs to be free to the guest.

I loved the location. It is near Boardwalk, Top Golf, the beach and other major attractions. The staff were very nice. I felt safe and secure. I didn’t like the sofa bed…it was hard to sleep on. As for the lighting in the bedroom, there was only one table lamp light and no ceiling light. You also have to request housekeeping and wash your towels and other items if you need service right away. I love that they have a washer/dryer unit in the room. The sofa is not comfortable to sit on. I wish the living room space would be more like a lounging space with comfortable seats. The pool area, lazy river, and Jacuzzi areas were great. The restaurant by the pool is only open for 6 hours and not all day so please bring your own snacks. You have to purchase your own floats there or bring your own from home to have for the lazy river. The one bedroom villas are not spacious. Please do not book the 1 bedroom villas with the sofa bed if there will be over 3 people in your family. Over all it is a great place to stay.

Great location and great staff!

This place is great for families! Lots of amenities right on site. Our only issue was the false images regarding the kid pool area - there are no water slides for little kids on the boat or property. Our little gal was looking forward to the slides shown on the website, but they no longer exist. All in all, the place was clean, safe, and fun for our family. We hope to be back! Easy drive and parking for the beach nearby as well. Close to Broadway on the Beach.

Overall the stay was okay. First of all when you say checkin is at 4:00 and you arrive at 5:00 and your suite iz still not ready, that sends a red flag. I was ready to unpack and begin my vacation, but had to wait an additional 45 minutes that somewhat set the tone. It causes me ro look at the rest of the stay through critical eyes, so would I stay there again? The answer is no.

This is the third time we've stayed here. They have remodeled the property and rooms fairly recent and it looks great! The pool area is a great place to spend a day! We also like how close the property is to Broadway at the Beach, since there is an abundance of food and entertainment optiond there! We will continue to visit this property annually! This is a Much Better Option than staying on the beach!!
