turtle tank smells so bad is duty not clean at all no shuttle service front desk not friendly not professional at all pictures duty bedroom not maintenance at all and they do charge to all owner to pay taxes and maintenance fees anual it y

The HVAC was so load when it turned off and on it would wake you. Also the walls are so thin you can hear the room next to your toilet flush. Furthermore there is no real dinning option and you are trying to loop you i to a time share scenario.

Ok location. Hoped the lazy river had tubes but didn't see any. When we arrived to the room, door wasnt locked. We found a bed sheet in the kitchen and bed not done. They sent the cleaning lady. She used her key to come in without knocking & on her phone. She was rushing and dropped the pillows on the floor. Not the best intro to the location. Wish they had a restaurant or Cafe

Loved it and will definitely stay again

We stay here every year with for our beach vacay, its always excellent. The people at the front desk were really sweet. The pool was heated and clean. Nice family activities at the pool. The indoor pool is closed but still ot was nice. Very clean in our room but you can tell the buildings are starting to look old. The art pieces in the room were piled with dust and the toilet has a permanent bad smell to it. Not really a big deal we weren't in our room that much anyway. 4 out of 5 stars

Love this place. They’ve done a really nice job updating the property and adding amenities.

I looked everything about this resort. It's close to ask the shopping centers, plus it's not to far from the beach. I'm coming back next year.

Clean. Updated. Full kitchen. Walkable to restaurants and groceries. Plenty of amenities. Perfect for families.
