Chambre très confortable, propre et bien isolée, excellente literie. Hotel bien situé au centre de San Francisco. Le Club au 15 ième étage est pratique et bien aménagé, avec la possibilité d'y avoir du café.

Parking beaucoup trop cher. Notre jeep de location a été considérée comme Oversize, ce qui a considérablement augmenté les frais. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place. Personnel peu souriant.

Location is wonderful, half block away from Union Square. The room size is large and roomy, nice walkin shower.

Rooms were so large and comfortable. Plenty of cupboards, desks, bathroom bench a good size. All staff excellent.

Water pressure way too low in shower, so difficult to wash hair.

Our room was nicely appointed, comfortable, clean and had a great HVAC system to keep the room climate as we wanted it. The hotel has some nice amenities, however, we did not use them. Parking is available on site and runs about $70/day, with in and out available and these fees are cheaper than many other hotels. While the hotel is close to Union Square and several nice food venues close by one side can be noisy due to street noise. I recommend requesting a room on an upper floor in an odd number room--that is the quieter, non-street side of the building. There is an on site restaurant called Zingari. Read the reviews, most are not good and for a reason. We ate there. It is a disorganized disaster. Walk up the streets and find something better.

The staff were amazing. So welcoming, friendly and helpful. They take customer service seriously and are passionate in what they do. The facilities are wonderful, roof top lounge, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, free coffee and tea during certain hours, beautiful lobby, games room. The rooms are spacious, modern and fully equipped with kitchenettes. The huge bed so comfortable.

Nothing at all was a disappointment. I loved everything.

Room was large and spacious.

Given the wrong room initially and made to feel I was inconveniencing the staff by requesting the correct room. Didn't like the mirrored walls by the room entrance.
