"Hermos el Hotel Emerald mazatlan"

Las habitaciones, son adecuadas, siempre están limpias. El personal es muy cordial y me encantó el horario de las albercas, ya que era hasta las 9 o más y eso nos encantó.

Que todo el tiempo teníamos que registrar lo que comíamos a través de una llave o pulcera.

esta grande y con mucho espacio y áreas verdes eso es un plus, pero la comida esta muy normal no de un hotel 4 diamantes , ni 5 estrellas, el igual que la calidad de las bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, los messeros , les tiene uno que andar rogando para pedir cosas, el servicio esta normal nada del otro mundo

las bebidas alcoholicas y la comida, esta de un un hotel de 4 estrellas, el agua caliente se tarda en salir en los baños , pero en general comida y bebidas

Very old building with very old beds. In general the building and rooms in bad conditions.

Old bed, old room just not confortable.
