En la resevación decía 2 camas y 1 sofá cama, y me entregaron una habitación con 1 cama, el olor de la habitación a humedad al igual q las almohadas. Hay poca variedad en bufet de Viernes y sábado, cuando dicen q es a la carta, en un restaurante dijeron solo hay estas 3 opciones. Algunos meseros muy amables pero la mayoría enojados, sólo en 1 mesero muy amable nos dijo q alimentos podía comer mi niño por las alergias que tienen a los alimentos. Las actividades q tienen són solo a medio día y alas 5pm se llevan la bocina y ya no hay música. Y ya no hay actividades en el hotel. No se ve el salvavidas, no dicen q hay flora y fauna nociva, hubo varios con piquete de quemadores, y sólo el parámedico quejándose y diciendo que no puede hacer nada por q no es médico. Y al final te hacen un cargo para ayudar a una Fundación, lo bueno es que tienes opcion de rechazo, pero para ello hay q ir hacer el checo out personalmente, y para llegar con las maletas es un lio, por q esta lejos y los carritos se tardan en llegar.

Me gustó mucho la comodidad de su cama y almohadas, sentí que descanse muy bien. Me encantó tambien que te brindan la oportunidad de trasladarte al otro hotel de la ciudad para conocer y degustar de los alimentos allá tambien, por el mismo precio de la tarifa todo incluido. La comida también muy rica.

Lo que menos me agrado fue el area de bar, el sabor de las bebidas y lo poco que te recomiendan.
