Park Shore Resort

This is a BIG warning for anyone contemplating staying at Park Shore Resort in Naples Florida. We made the mistake of seeing an earlier review and ignoring it. The resort is heavily Under Construction with Jackhammering and Drilling occurring throughout the day. To be clear, they are reconstructing the lanai's of everyone's unit and unfortunately will not be completed with Jackhammering until at least end of January. Even if the building you stay in has had their lanais reconstruction completed, you can STILL hear the jackhammering from adjacent buildings quite loudly as well as drilling/hammering everywhere on the property. They have also cordoned off as unusable a huge section of the resort walkways while there is construction equipment there. The POOL area is very close to the actual construction and scaffolding occurring during Dec and Jan 2024 and will NOT be a quiet, peaceful experience. They work from approx 7:15 - 4 pm EVERY DAY (incl most Sat and Sundays). Be warned.

This hotel is in a good location. The pool was clean and heated with plenty of seating. The grounds were well-kept and clean. The reason we wouldn't go back is not that they are renovating and it is loud, it is the fact that our toilet seat was broken, the dryer barely worked, the television couldn't connect to wifi, the lanai area was dusty from the construction so you couldn't sit out and our couch had a hole in it but the kicker was the $100 resort fee on top of the high prices for a run-down motel. We stayed in room 155.

Park Shore Resort in Naples, Florida, is a lovely condo complex, with a significant issue that impacted our stay. The complex is currently undergoing extensive construction, with about one-third of it being rebuilt from last year's hurricane. This has created nonstop construction noise, which made our experience far from the peaceful retreat we were hoping for. 🛠️ Endless Construction Noise: The construction noise is incessant, and it occurs every day of the week, including Sundays. It starts as early as 7:45 a.m., and the constant racket has made it nearly impossible to relax and enjoy our stay. This past Sunday the drilling went all day -- that is inexcusable. In light of this, I would strongly advise avoiding this complex until at least mid-2024 unless you don't mind being surrounded by nonstop noise 24/7. It's a regrettable situation that significantly impacted what could have been a pleasant experience. 😞🚧 #NoisyNaples #ConstructionConundrum

Terrible experience. Hotel hasn’t called me back in weeks. The water was turned off and someone had used both bathrooms and had not flushed. We couldn’t stay there and still haven’t gotten our refund.

Park Shore Resort definitely lived up to and exceeded our expectations. If you visit, definitely be sure to patronize the restaurant, Hogfish Harry's, and take a stroll through the pathways throughout the property. It is absolutely lovely!

They are in construction, no safe some areas.

Please reconsider if you are thinking of renting here. We just checked out today June 22, 2023. and had the worst experience. Watch the video, it says everything! The unit we rented was beautiful inside but everyday from 8am -4pm we had jack hammering just above our heads. Pictures kept falling off the walls!! Rocks and debris constantly fell from the upper units. This was unbearable and no way anyone would want to spend on there vacation! They did nothing to help us or compensate us!! They did tell us prior to booking that the building next to ours has some construction/renovations. Sadly it was not the one next to us it was our building! It was the unit right above ours!! Also on the second day our water was turned off. We had just came back from spending all day at the beach and had no way to shower. We had to sleep with the beach water and sand on our skin, I’m sorry but that is gross to me!! Our Water was back on the next day but there was a 48 hour boil alert. Sadly my husband forgot and drank some of the water. He was up all night vomiting. The next morning he tried to get some sleep but sadly the jackhammering was back 7:59am. We complained and they did nothing. We also found out that they knew the water was going to be turned off over 5 days prior. They could have told us right away. They did not tell us at check in either. We should have had the notification about what to expect prior but that respect was not given!! This was unacceptable!

Beautiful property! Loved this place, we would stay here again. Mornings at the beach, afternoon/evenings at the pool were so nice. The grill area was very nice too.

Off season, this resort is reasonably priced. It is remotely located with stores and restaurants close by. Our apartment was very clean and maintained. Right now they are performing renovations which will benefit the resort greatly. I plan to visit again next April.
