Park Shore Resort

We were a party of three in a two bedroomed suite. Room quality was OK, a bit overpriced but adequate. What we did not expect was the animal noises throughout the night midway through our stay for a period of about 5 days. Not sure whether these were the ducks or frogs mating! These started about 1pm and continued to about 3am/4am. They were loud and quite piercing. My wife suffered badly getting only 2/3 hrs sleep on some nights. I resorted to ear plugs. Not what I would have wanted to relax on my holiday. The last 4 days were fine but my holiday was spoilt by then.

The location of the resort is perfect. Close to many restaurants shopping the airport and downtown. The property is kept extremely clean. The only negative thing I would say is the unit could use a little updating. No USB Outlets anywhere and the dishwasher is very old. Beds are not very comfortable.

Stayed at Park Shore Resort from April 25 to April 29. We stayed in a one bedroom unit. It was an excellent location overlooking the gardens (see photo). The unit was very quiet in the evening and at night. It had a nice full kitchen, dining room, living room, king bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sleep sofa off the living room.

We loved this place. It has everything: tennis courts, swimming pool and restaurant. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are simple but tidy and cosy. The overall atmosphere is very relax. It is also close to Naples pier and 5th avenue.

I enjoyed my time at Park Shore Resort. The landscape and the (lake) was very nice. I especially enjoyed have Hog Fish Harry's restaurant on the property. The food was excellent. My unit was very comfortable. I feel that it needs to be updated (new carpet and mattress). I have booked again for 2023.

Very good location near restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy. Nice neighborhood. Condo features are what we require including a screened balcony for eating and relaxing.

The property is peaceful and well maintained. The room was desperately in need of a rehab. I booked the room directly with the resort. In a previous stay we booked through Air B&B and the room was much nicer. Be very careful what room you book!

Spacious and nice grounds

clean towels daily, clean, and nice pool, friendly check in at front desk

Comfortable but a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. It was quiet with lots of parking. There were lots of pickle ball courts and they provide free racquets and balls.
