"Parking issue "

Nice hotel for family vacation the only problem is the parking lot they don’t have enough space and send me to park on turtle park lot for the overnight when I went to pick the car next day was towing because they don’t allow this kind of parking a extra $300 pay to pick my car I don’t recommend this hotel if you have more that 1 car, people on the counter customer services send me there

Everything is great about this property except that they dont clean your room now due to COVID-19. Otherwise, the customer service is great, property is clean and beautiful, rooms are great and big with beautiful balcony.

"Bugs in my bathroom"

The suite was a roomy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. It would have been great if when I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night bugs scattered when I turned the light on. After complaining to front dest it took 24 hours to get help spraying and setting traps to get rid of the bugs. After complaining for 2 days I finally asked for a refund and it took another 24 hours before they offered another room. would have been nice if I wasnt leaving in the morning!!! Too little too late!!!!
