Beautiful location, beautiful property with amenities, Friendly staff, a separate pool and slide for kids and families. Restaurant on the property, bar on the property, and plenty of games to play on the property. You can’t get a better room view when facing the pool and the ocean

"Not as good as expected"

It was ok, but not that satisfied that there was no breakfast included and that pool was only until 11pm. Also check out time at 10am sucks

This property is in a perfect location. You have a variety of restaurants right across the street. Not to mention how beautiful the hotel is and the ambiance is great. Definitely going back.

Great location, hotel is amazing it has over 3 pools , one of them has a slide which was perfect for the kids. Rooms were sparkling clean , beautiful view from the balcony.

Crystal shores is excellent for families. The room had a kitchen and a washer/dryer which made it nice to eat in for a few meals and take less clothes for the trip. The resort is within walking distance to a number of nice restaurants and shops. There are a bunch of activities on the beach and the concierge is helpful. The staff was polite and seemed to be genuinely happy. I will absolutely return.
