Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Naples

We have been members with Wyndham since 1994 and became Diamond members eventually, which means we have been to many, many hotels over the years. This hotel is conveniently located off I-75 and centrally located in Naples, Fl where you can access many of the things that this city offers. The noise level is very low considering the location. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the cost is very reasonable for any kind of stay you might need. This has been the best hotel we have ever been to. They have a very nice Breakfast Bar with many choices each day, on Wednesdays a Happy Hour with Beer, Wine, and food, a nice heated pool, barbecue stands, a conference room, and a small basketball and pickleball court. We encountered another issue with our house: a water leak. Since we had used this hotel many years ago, where we had a great experience, we chose it again for the extended-stay feature. Since then, there is a whole new staff, and we have been extremely grateful for all they have done for us. Everyone has overextended their help, kindness, attention to detail, and friendliness, and we have just had a fantastic overall experience. They all seem to blend so nicely and wear many different hats to perform their function as a truly professional staff. I'll mention the names I know who have made it possible, and I'd like to extend this to the ones I don’t know as well, since they all seem to work so well as a team for all the customers for anyone on any event. In this business, which is very challenging, the owner has picked this wonderful management team. I want to especially thank LeAnn and Evan for ensuring that no matter what the situation, everything is covered and under control, where everyone steps up to make it run smoothly. We want to thank them very, very much for all that they have done for us. They are: Owner David. Mgr Leann Bruzewski; Asst Mgr Evan., Carol & Sue Day Shift, Mark & Sue(again) front desk Mid Shift, Christian & Casey maintenance(both do many things and are very knowledgeable in fixing issues), Pantry: Anita, Gilda, Heriberta(Berta). Inside and outside, all around cleaning and miscellaneous functions-Juan(John). Housekeeping Mgr- Candice Smith, and Linda as the new Sales Manager. We highly recommend this Hotel for anyone who is interested in the best of the best.

Excellent location for us. Lively. Many young families participating in local sports venues such as soccer. The free breakfasts are excellent. Simple, nutritious and with hot entrees. The rooms are dependable. Not updated. Mattresses variable. Some firm, others very soft and feel in need of updating. The entire place is kept nicely clean. The staff are excellent and very stable as we have stayed there multiple times. The small but functional kitchenette including two element electric cooktop works well. Many nearby local restaurants. No unwelcome surprises. Active during the day, quiet at night.
