Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Naples

Il s’agit d’un hôtel tout simplement magnifique. Pour l’instant c’est le plus belle hôtel de la Floride que j’ai pu faire. Le personnel très sympa et l’hôtel d’une propreté incroyable. Bravo

Tout était parfait

Très jolie hôtel, les personnes a l'accueil sont très gentille on avait un problème avec la porte de la salle de bain, il nous ont tout de suite changer de chambre. Il y a une belle piscine chauffée les enfants ont adorés. Dommage qu'on soit rester qu'une nuit ils prêtent des vélos gratuitement.

La moquette dans les chambres mais c'est un détail. Et la climatisation dans les couloirs c'est tres froid mais je suis frileuse aussi.

Excellent staff. Room was fantastic. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend the Hotel to everyone.

Don’t be fooled by the nice looking pictures online. Rooms need a serious upgrade to justify charging so much. Carpet very worn and showed signs of serious use. Hallway and elevator are dated. In room safe was not functioning. We told the front desk person who sent maintenance up to look at it and replace the batteries. We learned a couple days later from the same maintenance guy it was broken and needed to be replaced. Front desk never told us and we would never have known if we didn’t bump into the maintenance guy. Elevator was broken thanks to some unruly kids staying there for a soccer tournament. Despite the sign on the bathroom mirror indicating our room would be serviced every 3rd day, and the front desk telling us it’s on the 4th day, our room was Never serviced! The tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner was only good for 2 uses. We ended up buying our own. It’s unusual for a hotel in this price range to not have multi-use dispensers affixed to the shower. Pickleball court is a joke. The surface has many dead spots and the serious slant is dangerous. Since this was a “Delta Stays” recommendation we expected better. We plan to stay elsewhere next time we’re in town.

Am Social Wednesday gab es am späten Nachmittag/frühen Abend Getränke und Speisen umsonst. Beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei. Pool und Außenbereich waren sehr ansprechend.

Der Teppich im Zimmer ist sehr dreckig und unsere Gardinenstange war halb abgerissen, so richtig abdunkeln war leider nicht möglich nachts.

Het zwembad met basketbal veld, erg leuk voor de kids!

Location was nice.

Toilet is too low as is the paper holder. A small night light for the bathroom would really help instead of having to turn on the overhead lighting which disturbs those sleeping.
