"First visit to Branson"

The suites are nice and roomy and porch is great. Main issue is no elevator to get you to 2 thru 4 floor all stairs. Biggest issue was got hit on doing a time share visit.

Room was great, clean, personnel were friendly and attentive. Also responsive when we reported any issue. Beds were nice and comfortable, TVs worked well.

Room was far from the main onsite pools and entertainment. Kids could not walk to the pool or game room, we had to drive because it was uphill and a good distance to the main office.

Manager of Engineering was very friendly and helpful. Talked to him because the Assistant GM and GM were not available to talk to us about our stay at check out time.

Dated, dirty, and the front desk employees were uneducated/unhelpful.

"We stayed one night. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and adjoining unit was very loud."

Very convenient. The pool looked nice, and was enjoyed by families. Beautiful outdoor landscape.

The next door adjoining was up late and loud. Also had the television on very loud made it hard to sleep. Our television wasn’t working, maintenance came by to reset the source, then worked. A light bulb was out by the kitchenette. It would be nice to have outlets on both sides of the bed.

"It was just OK"

I liked the fact that my wife and I were able to get away for a long weekend but other than that is was just mildly satisfactory.

I've had better rooms with breakfast available at just name brand hotels that didn't consider themselves as a resort property, because I wouldn't consider this a resort property and wouldn't pay the extra resort fee if I had to stay again...
