Pointe Royale Condominium Resort & Golf Course

Our stay was amazing. The room was easy to access and it was very pleasant inside! It had everything you could need throughout your stay and everyone in the area was very friendly. We especially enjoyed the amenities this property offered. We would book this property again!

Our condo was being cleaned at check-in, so we were offered another wonderful condo. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. We loved our condo during our 4 night stay in Branson. We would stay at the Fairways, the other condo complex again. We loved all the space and comfort compared to staying in a hotel for 4 nights. It was very relaxing.

Cable. TV had no signal. When it was reported, no one Showed up to fix it.

Loved the quiet location and pool access

One bedroom had horribly uncomfortable beds

The location was great. The condo was cozy and very clean (I REALLY appreciate the cleanliness). We also liked the ability to cook meals and eat as a family at the dinner table. The primary bedroom was spacious with a walk-in closet and double vanity. The secondary bedroom also had a walk-in closet and bathroom. The kids liked having their own space entirely. Multiple TVs were a huge advantage for late evenings as our teen hooked up the Xbox without dominating the TV from all. The facility had extra towels, paper towels, dishwashing tablets, pots/pans, serving utensils, and more. Parking right outside of our door helped with loading, unloading, and comfort upon late even arrivals. The screened balcony was nice, although the small pond outside of it was dry. All in all, we weren't ready to leave when our reservation ended, and we would stay there again.

A small investment could have taken the condo from ok to awesome! A fresh paint job and updated flooring (there were TONS of spots all over the carpet) would have really helped. The small kitchen could use a facelift. It seemed as though much of the condo were original (stove/oven, washer/dryer, and furniture). It was great having a washer/dryer, but the dryer took FOREVER to dry. In fact, we left with 2 loads of damp clothing because it took so long. The couch wasn't "icky" to sit on, but it was very broken in. The whole condo - end tables, night stands, decor - gave off a strong 80's vibe. It seemed like a very mature woman left the condo, and it immediately started getting rented out. The smell upon entry was a little off-putting - although every seemed clean. Maybe an air freshener would have been helpful. The whole time we were there, I just kept thinking...."boy what amazing upgrades we could do with a few thousand." We really liked the facility, but don't expect luxury.

The grounds were beautiful the place was nice everything was convenient.

The kitchen light didn’t work. The key card never worked or gave us access to the gates. We told the front security gate guy but he just let us in. He never told us what to do. If you needed toiletries you had to go off campus to get them. They won’t bring them to you.

Large, comfortable condo with great amenities

The last night we were there a family came with kids who were running across the floor and we could hear them through the ceiling.

The pools were very nice and close by. The condo was very nice and we had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was good. We had a 13 month old with us and most electric outlets didn't have plugs in them. She's still crawling and her legs and feet were filthy because the floors were so dirty! We didn't understand that we would check in one place then travel several miles to the condo and that it was an upstairs unit. Check out was easy.

I really enjoyed staying here. I do want to mention that you have to check in at a different location than where you stay. I didn’t see those instructions, which is my fault, so I went right to the property and had to go to the other location first. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and the condo was nice and comfortable.
