Location, amenities and price was reasonable.

Not as clean as I expected. The floors and especially the throw rugs were very dirty. We made kiddos leave their socks on! Stains on sofas..nasty!!

The space was more than we expected.

The condo was very dirty. We found a spider in one of the beds. We didn't have enough trash bags. The hall bath tub did not drain properly. There were no dish rags. One of the bed covers was stained. Not enough parking. The floor was very dirty.

It felt clean, but a few items of clothing were left by the previous tenants. (Ex. Swim bottoms) It could have used a more detailed vacuum, spot cleaned. The plus side is that the restrooms were very clean (2). They did provide us with a vacuum and broom that were both kept in a closet.

All in all we had a good time. One of the trash cans had someone’s hair and toilet paper still left in it when we checked in. And the glass light fixture fell from the kitchen light and crashed and broke all over the kitchen table and the floor. We were able to clean it up with the vacuum and broom but I’m just glad my kids weren’t at the table when it happened. The owners responded quickly and came and took pictures. No towels for the pool are provided so be sure to bring your own - we learned the hard way. Location is good and it was quiet.

It was enough room for our family of 13. There were 8 adults and 5 children. There was room for everyone! We would stay at this location again !

There wasn't much to not like. There was a small issue, but nothing that wasn't fixed!

The beds were amazing. Everyone slept well on our stay. The apartment was clean.

Check in was long and a lot of extra running around. We arrived at the resort and then had to travel 3 miles back to another place to get paperwork then back. They should have told us that! We needed a 4 bedroom. This was advertised as a 4 bedroom. A bed stuck in an open area at the top of the stairs does not count as a bedroom!!! Very upset that there was no privacy or even curtains to close the area for changing etc. It should not be advertised that way. At least state 4th bedroom is open area with bed and with no privacy. The apartment was not well stocked. Had to purchase trash bags, paper towels, coffee filters. This place was not worth the money, we could have booked elsewhere for less.

Can’t beat a golf club surrounding

The location was great and was close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool area and the tiki bar was great.

The condo we rented needs major updates. The carpet had many stains, appliances were really old, furniture outdated.
