Pointe Royale Condominium Resort & Golf Course

Great location, 2 bedroom was spacious, kitchen was very modern as it had been remodeled recently, full size washer and dryer. Parking was good and actual beds were comfy.

Ice maker did not work in frig, very poorly stocked, tiny skillet- not enough wash cloths for 6 people booked for even the first night and one towel each for a 3 night stay. Sheets were old and stained. Bathrooms very outdated and we ran out of toilet tissue the first day. Floors, counters, and bathrooms were not clean. Old throw rugs were filthy. Pool was milky and dirty and NO POOL TOWELS. Beds are very comfy but also very high off of the ground - especially for seniors. Dirty plates and silverware in cabinets. Sofa bef was not good and no fitted sheet for it- we had a twin sheet.

Toaster didn’t work. Couldn’t work TV, need to have instructions there. Windows were cloudy.

A nice community.

It wasn’t very clean and sent us to the wrong location for check in and didn’t have blankets for each bed.

Beautiful area. The condo was very clean. Staff members including the gatekeeper were very cordial.

The lighting throughout was dim, especially the bathroom sink area. Very hard to put on make-up. The furniture was rather uncomfortable, but we stayed pretty busy, so it wasn't a big deal over all.
