Pointe Royale Condominium Resort & Golf Course

The beds were very comfortable!

Kitchen was not stocked appropriately, no 9x13 baking or cookie sheet. Master bedroom closet door was falling off.

Love Pointe Royale in general. Have stayed there for 8 years in a row and was always quite comfortable and felt like it was home away from home.

We were downstairs and the kids above us were constantly running back and forth from morning till night. Toilet continued to run which was a bit annoying especially if sleeping in the room next to the bathroom. 52-1

The lighting was very poor. Lamps only, and not enough. The indoor pool was ok, but hot tub outside was warm, but had a very heavy cover on it, that we could not move off. Seemed to be no help around. Other guests wanted to use it and left disappointed. Also had to check in at another resort to get in Pointee Royale, seemed odd, and a hassle.

We had an excellent time, will be coming back! Highly recommend Point Royale!

It is beautifully appointed. Love the sprawling acreage. Very scenic with the pond, etc. Homes and condos are spaced out nicely. It gives the feeling that you are out in the country, but you are only 10 minutes from the strip.

Not a thing

The area was great. Very pretty neighborhood.

This condo bldg 6 #2 was very cramped and dark. The furniture looked like it was from a thrift store. The kitchen was dim and tiny. We will not be back. We come to Branson at least twice a year and this was the worst place ever.

Plenty of room for our family of 6. 2 rooms downstairs with king beds & 2 bathrooms, 1 queen bed upstairs with bathroom, & a loft room with full bed. Kids liked the indoor pool. River is a short walk down the hill & there's a trailhead nearby. 3 different tables for eating & a couple of barstools, too.

Neighbors were a little noisy. I didn't hear them, but my kids did. Hot tub area is not visible to indoor pool, so I couldn't go relax & still keep an eye on my kids. The coffee provided isn't that great, but it'll do in a pinch.

Gated community, well tended lawns, seemed peaceful

So many things didn’t work. The tv system was complicated to use and we had to ask for help; turned out to be a missing remote that had to be replaced. The master bedroom ceiling fan wobbled to bad to use, the electrical outlets beside the bed only worked on the bottom plug of both outlets… the washer and dryer was disconnected, living room stand up lamp was broken. The front bedroom had some kind of black rubbery grit everywhere, that also got in the bed and was in a drawer as well so lots of cleaning and it got in my fathers CPap machine, causing him to have to get a new hose and mask. His front bathroom wall was partially painted and they had stopped, grease along the top of the stove we had to clean, no molding around the front of the tub where new floors installed so could see the sub floors in both bathrooms outside trash cans overflowing for the whole 5 days in our parking lot, no handicapped accessible pool and work out area. Had to come down approximately 20 steep steps. No communication between maintenance. A repairman had came out the night we called about the washer and dryer not working and found it was unplugged and fixed that. The next day we were away from the unit and maintenance called that they needed to enter our unit. We stopped our plans and drove 20 minutes back to the condo and turned out it was not to fix anything else other than to check the washer and dryer which was already fixed. The floors were dusty/gritty and we swept several times but the broom provided was also old and stiff…
