Pointe Royale Condominium Resort & Golf Course

The property was very nice! Our condo was nice and clean, with plenty of towels and bedding!

The only issue we had, our key card didn’t work. Being there on a weekend, there was no one in the office to reprogram it, but it was a minor inconvenience. We were still able to go swimming and enjoy our stay!

The accommodations were nice. We enjoyed the screened in deck. It was convenient that we had a washer/dryer.

The bed pillows need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. The garbage disposal was not working. It would be helpful to have handrails to help with entering and exiting the bath tub.

The beds were really comfortable but the closet doors were broke and there was multiple railings falling off. Definitely not kid friendly.

The location was close to all the attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. It was quiet and low traffic. The condo was large enough for our big family. There was four separate bedrooms and each had a cute theme. There were also lots of board games and we really enjoyed playing them.

Check in process was confusing.

The overall atmosphere of the property complex was very nice. We had other family members that had a very nice condo. Ours on the other hand I would grade it at a 3 out of 10. When we opened to the door to the room it smelled like a wet dog. I associated that to the dirty carpets that we encountered. The condo smelled so bad, we went and purchased 4 plugin. I also found the back sliding door open. This was very concerning due to the fact our room was on the ground floor.

It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places.
