USLocation was fairly convenient to the beach.
This seems like the type of place that used to be a nice hotel. It was nice to have two bedrooms while vacationing with kids. However, the property cuts a lot of corners. Examples: single-ply toilet paper, unheated pool, one singular old frying pan in the kitchen, no sheet pans, bad mattresses, tv remotes so old the buttons can’t be read anymore, coffee maker provided but no coffee filters, shortage of blankets, etc.

JP部屋からダイヤモンドヘッドが見え、景色が良かったです。私たちは6人で泊まりましたが、ソファベッドも大きく問題ありませんでした。ビーチや動物園も近く良かったです。
ランドリーにコインを入れずに支払えるアプリがありましたが、なぜが上手くいかずにフロントで両替してもらわないと行けなかったです。私たちは２泊のみで別のホテルへ移動したので良かったですが、長期滞在する場合は大変だと思いました。

Not a bad location but wound have preferred a bit closer to International Marketplace area of Waikiki
JPAUThe staff were not enthusiastic every time we asked for something which was disappointing. The hotel is decent for families who want to prepare food on some days or nights. Eating out in waikiki is very expensive. The pool area and BBQ area are very good for family gatherings. The ocean view rooms are the best value. Loved our view! Rooms are clean but starting to date. Will need to be upgraded. All up a good value hotel for families.
The staff could be a bit rude and unhelpful.
USLocation is awesome as you can access this hotel from Kapahulu & not having to go through all of Waikiki. View from room is great as you can see the ocean too!
Reserved 2 rooms & thought it was for 2 single beds. Surprised that it was a king size bed in one of the rooms & a queen in the other with a ADA bathroom that we didn't ask for. Front desk was great that they were able to change that room for us. Would stay here again despite that. Great that there's a kitchenette in the room too
USPot and pans weren't nonstick, plus the bathroom are nit for wheelchair.
JP山側のロケーションが最高によかったです。 部屋も広くてゆったり過ごせ、炊飯器もあり、おにぎりを作って、ダイヤモンドヘッドを見ながらいただきました。
施設の老朽化があり仕方ないのでしょうが、風の音が凄くて気になりました。またゴキブリがいました😂
