少し古い プールやジムを使う時にフロントを通さないと行けない。

エアコンが使える時間と使えない時間があった。 パスルームのコンセントが使えず不便だった。 4泊したが言わないとタオルを交換をしてくれない。 滞在中1度もゴミの回収がなかった。

The staff were unhelpful and sometimes rude...which made us regret staying there. They need more pleasant happier staff who actually want to work there!
