Back door to beach, calm waters. Easy walk to restaurants.

Near bars noise at night mostly from front bedroom, rear surprisingly quiet. Some waitstaff rude at breakfast. Ordered a Greek salad and it was mostly lettuce, a couple green olives, onions and cherry tomatoes. No feta. When asked about feta, waitstaff said it doesn’t have cheese to bartender. Then provided with a container of feta. Food there definitely not great.

No housekeeping for a 2 night stay

Location, view and cleanliness

No hot tub, pool size for the number of guest is to small. Poor TV reception People would reserve chairs at pool as early as 7:30am, but wouldn't come down to the pool until late morning. Supposedly the staff was suppose to monitor this behavior but I never saw anyone enforcing the 2 hour policy of vacant chairs. monitoring this as they

Great location in the heart of Simpson Bay great facilities. We had a nice room facing the ocean.

The staff, they just don’t seem to care

The staff were both professional and friendly, doing a great job accommodating my dad and I. The two bedroom suite was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning balcony view of the beach. It was a pleasure both during the day and nighttime.

There weren't much I did not like about the resort. The suite was comfortable, the staff were pleasure to interact with, the beach was lovely and the meals were good. I appreciated the location because there were so many alternative restaurants nearby to choice from as well. The only suggestion I would offer is having weekly documentation of activities on site when customers check in. My dad likes Aqua Aerobics and I would have liked to know in advance the days and times he could have participated. Unfortunately, we only knew of the activities when we were going to breakfast and saw it in action.

Great place but the music is loud at night. & plays late into the night.. Beside that it was wonderful..
