I love the staff they make you feel amazing and so welcome ! Cesar is the best and he cares so much , he’s making it a point for us to know he’s here for anything we could need and makes the BEST drinks ! love him!

Everything was top notch. The Concierge Yatziry Guitierez was very helpful and a joy to talk to. She deserves a raise. The pool waiter Moise was hilarious and very hard working. Keep this guy. No problems at all with the room. Actually to big for two people. If any complaints at all, the steak in the Spanish restaurant was tough and the Rib Eye steak in the Steakhouse was fatty. My fault, I know better than to order steak in Mexico but I never learn. Other than that the food was very good. The resort is a little far from PV but if you want to relax this is the place. The beach is quite small but we knew that going in. The work on the dock was annoying and the path to the Night of the Iquana was closed due to construction. This is not on the resort itself. Would we return. Yes.

Trip with 8 adults. Great poolside areas and easy enough to find loungers for our group. Prices of this resort vary greatly.at the lower prices it is a decent deal but the food quality and variety isnt great and certainly wouldn't warrant a higher price. Out of the way location is Great for watersports and quick walks along the beach for massages and cold drinks and good food.

Our family has stayed at this resort for the last 3 years. We just cant seem to get enough of the clean rooms, warm pools, great staff and great beach area. The food at this resort is amazing. The Japanese restaurant’s food is one of our favourite. Laura and Jose are great and the service they have given us 3 years in a row. Has never left us disappointed. The host in the premium club, Cesar Lopez hosted a birthday party for my daughter this year. A surprise we did not expect. This is the great service we always received from Cesar and over the last 3 visits to this resort he is always a family favourite to visit for nightly drinks after supper. We will return to resort for sure. It has become our favourite place for vacation year after year.

The rooms are amazing. Food is okay, its food. The service is insane. Bartender Alfredo at the swinm up bar the is the best, love him.
