Velas Vallarta Suites Resort All Inclusive

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff. Out of the way of the hustle and bustle of town.

Food wasn’t that great and it could be better for the price of the resort.

The food options are very limited and whatever they do offer is terrible. Only 2 restaurants, same food every day. Most is not edible. Ordered chicken tenders 3 times and all 3 times chicken was raw. The fish dishes, I can’t even say it was fish, smelled and tasted horrible. No kid friendly food. Only decent food was breakfast. Some of the waiters/waitresses had an attitude, still tipped them and not one did we no tip anyone. I had scheduled a deep clean facial. It was in what felt like a broom closet and not what I call a facial for $120 US dollars. Waste of money and time. They advertise a kids club, only for kids 4-12 years old, not younger. Only good thing was the rooms and property were clean and the pools were nice. I would not recommend or go again.

A beautiful resort we have stayed at many times. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and had never disappointed. Ans the deluxe suite is so comfortable. We will be back soon.

Great for Families

Es el mejor hotel all inclusive en el que me he hospedado, vale totalmente la pena. Tengo muchos años viajando a hoteles todo incluido, al menos 3 veces al año y este definitivamente es el mejor. Cuando viajas en familia a hoteles de este tipo, lo que quieres es dejarte llevar y relajarte, olvidarte de todas las responsabilidades de ser papá, este hotel te lo permite. Cuenta con un kids club con muchas actividades para los niños, los alimentos te los llevan a tu mesa alrededor de la alberca, si no quieres salir te lo llevan a tu habitación y están excelentes en cantidad, calidad y sabor. Las bebidas están buenísimas, con botellas de muy buena calidad. La atención del personal siempre muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos un percance con unos vecinos ruidosos y al notificarles, rápidamente nos ofrecieron hacernos un upgrade y cambiarnos de habitación.

En lo único que considero que podrían mejorar, es en las actividades recreativas del hotel, pero para nosotros no representó un problema.

I loved my 5 day stay with this resort very family and comfy oriented. Ty i will defenitly recommend and i will be returning soon.

Loved the nature, well kept grounds and family friendly atmosphere. Swim up bar was closed for most of our stay for maintenance which is fine. Just not many other options on areas to get a drink. I will say something changed within the last year. The drinks especially margaritas weren't as good as our previous 2 stays. The food across the board also seemed a step below from what we were used to on this property. Maybe it was an off visit but we will be back to see. We still love this place and will be back and hopefully things will be like they used to be.

We called twice about our AC not working on the one room and they never fixed it they wanted me to switch rooms but all my clothes were already out of my luggage and my restroom stuff. They said we will fix it but never did
