Good value for money. Good to work with, accommodating, nice property amenities. Pool, while warm was great. Convenient location.

Grounds were nice. Pools were nice. Unit was not cleaned well. Poor lighting. Only one bedroom TV performed well; other two TVs did not work well and did not offer up-to-date programming. Iron broken. Some outlets didn't work. Office staff neutral, uninterested in any comments. Nothing extra provided. Minimal towels available. Furnishings old.

First of all , the good. The apartment is conveniently situated; close to Bradenton shops, restaurants & to Anna Maria Island with its lovely beaches It is well equipped & clean.(Beware of tiny ants in the kitchen though!) However, there are no instructions at all for the TVs, or any of the electrical equipment. The "office" was unhelpful, especially when we had problems. The issue is that many of the condos are privately owned (by French Canadians in the main). They rent out their properties to whoever they want This meant we had a different set of attached neighbours every few days with varying levels of noise. a group of young people with odd hours, loud music etc; insomniacs who watched Tv, loudly, all night long & the worst of all a couple who fought physically & verbally from 2.00am to 4.00am. In the end my husband went round & spoke to them...it was so awful. The next day after no sleep we went to the office to be told it was nothing to do with them, private owners let & if it happened again call the police! We left & stayed in a hotel . The leisure facilities are ok but run like a boot camp. You must have your pass with you at all times. There are only 2 bbqs which have to be booked. You can only book for half an hour, no dressing or marinade on what you cook. The person in charge takes your pass & only returns it when you have cleaned the bbq after your half an hour. It was a trial & we only did it once. One of the 2 hot tubs was out of commission over the New Year & when I asked when it would be repaired I was told that people had used it too much because of the cooler weather over the holiday season. We booked through BA & we have emailed them with our concerns. maybe if you book with one of the owners direct it would be a better experience & there would be someone you could refer to who would take responsibility for problems that might occur. We would never use the place again in spite of its convenience for where we wanted to be.

It was safe and convenient to many areas of Bradenton.

I did know how to access our rental. Our flight was delayed and we got in after office hours. We’re closed. I called the emergency number they answered immediately and got us settled right in superb customer service.

Stayed with family for a soccer tournament in town. Pool/recreation staff exceptionally rude & accusatory, certainly out to get children who want to play in pool or tennis courts. Would not recommend for families of any kind with kids

Great location

We were pleasantly surprised on the condo unit . It felt like home ! It makes us want to Come back to visit with the family . We came out for a Lacrosse tournament and it was very close to IMG academy !!! We flew in late from California and the manager or caretaker was very helpful and accommodating . We had a wonderful stay 😀😀😀
