Shorewalk Vacation Villas

Condo was lovely really comfortable with everything we needed even beach chairs and umbrella,location Was spot on next to publix ,Aldi , Walmart short walk away and not forgetting Applebee’s for a meal and a pint would book again

The pool and grounds were clean. There is a grocery store and restaurants very close. The room set ups are decent. Our room was not very clean to start. The front desk staff said they would talk yo mngt but never heard back. They don’t do room service in stay which would be ok but we had no broom/vacuum to tidy up during the week. One of the pool/ club house staff was rude in how she addressed people and set a negative tone about 5 mins into our time on the grounds

Beds need to be upgraded Poor condition Entire place needs remodeling. Very old

Very clean, well furnished vacation rental at a reasonable price. Less than 7 miles from Anna Maria Island & the beaches. The only problem is there is no on-site management available after (maybe) 3:00 p.m. to assist with check in so you're on your own. If there are any problems, they have to wait until the next day. Nice property, my unit was well furnished and had many amenities. The staff was very accommodating.

Nice place but needs freshening up. The vents in the unit need to be cleaned as I ended up with a cough only in the unit. Staples should be provided like suger, coffee filters, detergent for dishes, scub brush for dishes. As an air traveller I had to buy a bag sugar and wasnt taking it back home.

This casual condo complex was a great place to stay. Our condo was just recently remodeled and was stocked with all the right stuff- soap, paper towels, t paper, etc. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Bradenton Beach was a 20 min ride away. The condo is a 5 minute walk to Publix and many restaurants. Can’t wait to go back.

We often stayed in Shorewalk in the 1990's & early 2000's & always had an excellent time. In more recent years we have rented Villas with a private pool but we managed to get in an extra trip recently & opted for Shorewalk renting from a private owner. We really enjoyed our vacation, the whole area was clean & well kept as it was years ago. The strict Pool rules are for a reason, years ago when the minimum rental dropped from 3 nights to 2 nights it attracted a lot of party weekend breaks from people coming from Tampa or wherever, this caused plenty of problems particularly in the Pool areas, in fact very often the Pools had to be closed because of someone using them as a toilet ! So we appreciate Shorewalk enforcing the rules again as they used to, remember some Condos are lived in full time. Shorewalk has always been at or near the top of our list of vacation properties & will continue to be so. We are from Weymouth, Dorset U.K. & always take our vacations in Bradenton/Sarasota & sometimes the Space Coast.

This property is exactly as advertised. Great family location with well appointed kitchen including all utensils. Lots of on site activities and close to shopping.
