Loved the location and the property! some of the Accommodation information was confusing but staff and property was great!

We liked the price overall /pools also as well as enforcing the badge to get into them ! The beds /pillows were hard as a rock the shower head was very small thus putting out very little water. The Air condition broke but was fixed quickly. The lawn chair that was provided deteriorated once we sat in it .

We were planning a trip for business and pleasure to Bradenton the middle of April. I booked a condo for our week stay in Bradenton. We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo had been totally renovated. The flooring looked new, the walls were freshly painted, the bathrooms had new vanities and the shower had new tile. The furniture looked new as well. The kitchen was completely stocked with silver ware, dishes, coffee cups, glasses, including wine glasses, pots and pans and there was a crock pot. New fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave looked to be new. There was stackable washer and dryer that looked new. We did not use the washer or dryer. There was a seating area off the kitchen with coffee maker. The master bedroom was large with a king size bed that was quite comfortable, and it's own bathroom with shower. There was also a large tv in the bedroom, the other bedroom was smaller but had it's own tv and bath room across the hall. The living area had a large round table with chairs, and a pass through from the kitchen for easy serving of food. The seating area had a sofa and love seat with a large screen tv, coffee table and end tables with lamps. There were ceiling fans in each room. There was a covered porch that was screened with a table and four chairs, very nice for morning coffee. The condo was decorated with accessories like you would use if you were staging the unit for sell. The condo was very nice!! We were not near the clubhouse or swimming pool or other amenities but that was not an issue for us. If being near the pool, tennis courts, barbecue area is important you need to ask for a unit near those facilities, as there was no place outside our unit to barbecue. There were 6 passes for the swimming pool in the unit, since the rental capacity for this condo was 6 people in the unit, so no need to ask for passes. We were close to the main roads and within 10 to 15 minutes of beaches. There was a large Publix grocery store very close by which has everything anyone would need in the way of food, deli items, bakery, drinks, and they have a pharmacy. There was also a CVS pharmacy across the street from the grocery store as well as several restaurants. We were very pleased with the Condo and the location. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The rental was so out dated with green carpet smelled mold and of smoke!! It was awful. Not what the pictures showed.

We love this place. Apartment was clean. Office was ready to help any time we contacted them.

Upon arrival- they front office was closed, but they did have a map and room keys in a box for late check ins. I also appreciated the fact that the front office person, Alice, tried to find us handicap accessible rooms, even though Travelocity forgot to let them know it was required.

We moved the property. Everyone was so nice.

We had an ok time the unit it's self was ok but beds were terrible and no water pressure some ants but we bought spray and was good the real problem was the pool people they were not nice and you have to make an appointment for the grills and if you're a little late they cancel your appt even thow nobody was waiting plus I made an appt at 1pm for that night at5,:30 and the. Weather got bad and at about 4:30they called me and said there was a sudden gas leak and closed all the grills pools and hot tubs for the night leaving me with no way to grill plus nothing but water in pool no gateraide or Kool aid etc but owners (we were renters) had wine margarita etc hidden in cups in plain sight
