2500 Penn, a Placemakr Experience

I really liked the location; it is walking distance from Georgetown and from downtown DC. The neighborhood feels safe and there are a few nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The facilites are very modern and the kitchen was fully equipped.

The staff could have been friendlier and more efficient. When I checked out only one hour late they charged me $57 dollars twice! There was no information on the late fee charge on the website or resevration. Usually hotels allow a late check out (12 instead of 11am). This is the first time I was charged that much for checking out an hour later. A few days later I called to see if I could be refunded for at least one charge and they still have not done that. They should train their staff better. Also the fitness center was very small.

My suite has everything I need and truly feels like a home away from home. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and all the essential amenities, making my stay very comfortable.

Parking was chaotic and difficult to find. The directions provided were unclear, and I had to drive around four times before going to the receptionist to ask for better directions to access the parking area.

Great location..walkable to Georgetown..and trader joes was right across the street....room was spacious and clean...great value.

Had a first floor room. It was very dark as the trees kept the light from coming in. Wifi didn't work either day.

Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi domanda. ho apprezzato l'acqua, il vino, i biscotti e il caffè/the sempre gratuiti. apprezzabile anche la pulizia.

Camera quadrupla piccola. servirebbero più piani di appoggio. consiglio qualche sedia/sgabello in più.
