We have stayed in the smaller guest suite (which was wonderful), but this trip was a week long and we chose the 1 Bd Villa. It was truly a home away from home!

Being on the second floor, we did hear some foot stomping above from the 3rd floor, but it wasn't all that bad.

The room!

The woman at the front desk when we were buying from the market. She had a major attitude and started slamming things. Housekeeping ringing the door bell at 730 am on day of checkout even with the magnetic sign you provide on door that said DND Also the $20 plus tax per night to park

It was a great property, great amenities, great rooms.

They charge a $20 fee per night just to park. This is after the payment of the room. This should be included in the original fees. Nobody likes hidden fees!

Location was good—attractive grounds

Check in had issues. Said check in was 4:00. I called to ask if we could check in early ( around 3:15–was told yes. We arrived and “checked in”, but were told our room wasn’t ready and might not be until after 4:00 sometime. When I said normal check in is 4:00, the receptionist was huffy, saying some rooms hadn’t been cleaned yet! As check out is 10 am I don’t understand the problem—had 6 hours to clean! We did get into our room a little before 4 but kind of off putting.
