Le fait de laisser en plan leurs clients à attendre à l’aeroport pendant plus d’une heure là navette de l’hôtel qui soit disant devait venir nous prendre 15 minutes plus tard Étant donné le peu d’heures que nous aurions passé dans l’établissement qui savait pertinemment que nous étions en transit dans l’histoire nous avons attendu à l’aeroport pendant un sacré paquet d’heures Depuis plusieurs années nous étions de fidèles clients de booking le pense qu’après cela nous allons revoir notre position Je pense qu’il serait judicieux de mieux choisir vos hôtels En attente d’un geste de votre part Cordialement

Muy cercanos al aeropuerto , 3 KMS , además tiene un servicio de SHUTTLE gratuito . La habitación nuestra era muy grande , 60 M2 , como una pequeña casa . Aunque están un poquito anticuadas y usadas las instalaciones , pero cálidad precio bien . Para ir al centro necesitas un Uber o lift , caminando está a una hora , pero al aeropuerto está muy bien . El personal muy amable

Nothing, absouletly nothing. This was the worst hotel I've ever been inside. I didn't even stay here or even check in because there homeless people inside and outside, trash and pills on the floor, and the building looked like it was falling apart.

Read what I "liked". It was awful. It look fine in pictures however it doesn't look like that at all in reality and it was to digusting and unsafe for me and my friends to even bother checking in. Safe your time and book at the Puffin Inn on HOTELS.COM. I booked with Hotels.com on my way to Alaska and should have on my way back for how Booking.com handled the situation. I ended up not checkin in here going to the Puffin Inn (which is nearby) again and will never be using this website again. Thanks for the 11.71$ refund in travel credit! Reminded me how little you care about custumer service and I can't wait to keep telling everyone I know never to book on here!

Room was clean and staff was nice.

The parking lot had a ton of garbage in it, people not doing business with the hotel were wandering around aimlessly, possibly homeless people and a vehicle that did not appear to be a customer of the hotel was sitting in the parking lot and various individuals would show up periodically and meet with the person in the vehicle and then leave. I witnessed another individual attempt to open the hood of my truck. There was also another older vehicle that would show up about every 15 or 20 minutes. Slow roll through the parking lot doing I don’t know what and then leave. I left and went to another hotel. I feel bad because this used to be my go to hotel and it used to be really nice.
