The sad part is I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome compared to others here checking in. Chris was awesome and the janitor along with security as always but this new guy made me feel really disliked and came in my face too much when I was requesting another night and saying he's gonna cancel it when I paid for it online. I was nothing but respectful and nice and he said didn't matter i came here as my hotel I go to and I didn't like how it was all responded to along with swearing. He didn't wanna help me when I paid online and didn't care I am a regular loving all the other workers and place. But this guy I felt really discriminated.

Other agent that felt rude not chris, chris has always been awesome. Didn't feel comfortable or welcomed and chris was super welcoming and professional as always.

"Initially had difficulty, but finally the staff person checked everyone in! Room was good and comfor"

1. Big room. 2. Shuttle to airport

1. No room at breakfast area and we had to take our food back to our room to eat. 2. No restroom near the lobby - basically there was no access to restroom when we arrived, we had to wait until we got our room, waiting for over 20 minutes. 3. We were told initially, with two other groups (one other with booking.com) that their computer didn't show any evidence of our reservation, even with printed documentation showing confirmations.
