The facility was nice and clean.

When we checked we were told that if we attended a 2 hour information session about Blue green vacations we would be gifted a trolley pass, 60 dollar gift card, a chance to stay at a Blue green resort. We went to the session. It was 3 hours and instead of an opportunity to learn about Blue green it was a hard sale session. Every person we spoke to said we were there just to learn about Blue green and have the opportunity to buy in. When we said no thank you (multiple times), there were many questions by 3 different people as to why we were saying no. All of the people we spoke to were very polite, but we were in town for 2 and a half days. We wasted half a day. Had we been told it would take longer than 2 hours, we would have skipped it.

Room was not clean it smells bad

In room amenities. - Kitchenette with cutlery and dishes - In room laundry - Separate living space - screened in Balcony, although very small Golf course in walking distance.

- Appearance of some objects was worn and dated. It appears it is being updated as needed. - Dishwasher and washer/dryer were very loud.

The manager Mason was extremely rude and unprofessional. We weren’t able to check in until after 5pm and then they tried to put us in two rooms instead of the 2 bedroom suite that we had paid for. The beds were very uncomfortable
