Everything. Everyone was so so friendly, and helpful. They were so quick to answer any questions I had. The place e was so cream and was perfect for the family!

I wish they would have offered cocktails and appetizers by the pool. Otherwise, I would change nothing.

Nice place !!

We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.

Breakfast? Didn't know one was offered. We cooked our own.

The Villa itself could use some updates. Furniture a bit outdated and very “worn in”. Found a baby rattle from a previous visitor in somewhat plain sight so housekeeping seems a bit suspect. In addition, upon check in, we were surprised to be told that there was a seminar on buying time shares and felt a little pressure to attend because it was “encouraged”. We were there for vacation, not to be part of a 2/3 hour seminar. Lastly, on our last night, the pool area was closed for an hour or two for “maintenance”. I believe there was a “health” issue in the pool involving a toddler so understandable, but still a bummer.

It was very clean. It was beautiful and the pool actually stayed open until 11 loved it.

Didn't have a restaurant or bar but that was easily adaptable. Because they let you bring your alcoholic drinks to the pool
