The balcony I had was awesome. The rooms were clean. Just wish the exercise room had more weights.

There was no hot tub. There was no children’s pool. And a huge part of the patio was blocked off due to construction. This made for a very cramped feeling around the pool and in the chairs for the pool

Went for a weekend stay. Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was very clean and updated. The pool area is under construction. Hopefully they will replace all of the pool lounge chairs. They were all very dirty. They have a place were you can buy food and drinks. Love the music by the pool. Walk out to the beach was nice. Overall a great experience.

Booked an overnight stay for a room on 5th floor. First impressions weren’t positive as there was a substantial wait in line to check in. After about a 25 minute wait, was informed that room was not ready and was given an approximate wait time of 30 minutes. 2-1/2 hours later, room was finally ready. Room was clean and property was undergoing some renovation. Was granted a one hour extension to 10 AM checkout. If they improve check in process efficiency and employ the proper sized cleaning staff so rooms are available as promised, experience will be improved. Disappointing first impression really sullies overall perception of stay.

Hotel was nice but we waited for hours to check in due to the room “not being ready”. Was told to come back multiple times and the room would “probably “ be ready. The explanation they gave was “we had call outs so we are running behind”. I paid almost $400 for one night, missed our anniversary dinner reservations, and was told by the front desk “you will have to call on Monday to speak to the manager with your complaints “. No apology, no discount, and a “it’s not my fault” attitude from the front desk check-in. Horrible. Will never stay here again.

Overall our experience was a-ok! This is a smaller hotel which is an owner-owned timeshare type property, so not typical hotel guests. Most everyone was there for a longer stay. The lobby is small, and check-in was lengthy but if your room was ready it was fairly quick once at the desk. If not, people are crowding around with their luggage. All the staff was super pleasant and friendly! The rooms have been refreshed and clean but you could tell deep cleaning was not a priority - the windowsills were super dirty and gross with dead bugs. The units are fully stocked with kitchen items - however they only provide dish soap, and no sponge and there isn't a dishwasher so I did not have confidence that any of that stuff was actually clean. The rooms could use some hooks for hanging towels - there was only one on the back of the door. There are only two elevators servicing the lobby and the waits are super long, especially in the afternoon or mornings where people are loading massive carts of items into their units for their weekly stays. We ended up taking the 7 flights of stairs a few times. The pool is nice and heated but the patio/deck area is under construction. The best part, each room is beach front and the beach is right there! We had a great time at the beach and the pool. Overall it was satisfactory for an overnight stay. This hotel is great for what it is and I would stay here again - it is just missing a few finishing touches to make an exceptional stay!
