Villas at Fortune Place

Very clean resort with clean pools and grounds. Only real problems were mold in showers where the base connects to the walls and the phone doesn't work. Worker unplugged and plugged back in but that didn't last long. Other than that, would recommend this resort to others. Front desk people were professional and extremely polite.

We really like Fortune Place! The location is great. We wish there was a king size bed in the primary bedroom! The floors were not the cleanest!

My husband and I spend two weeks at the Villas at Fortune Place in Kissimmee, Florida in February of 2026. Our experience was good. Unit we stayed in was street level and close to the pool. But close to the businesses that are next to the resort. The bedroom we chose to sleep in had only slat blinds and did not have darkening shades so it was a constant light that came in. But we managed to sleep. The unit was freshly painted and had new appliances. The new updates are somewhat cheap but overall was okay. It is located about 15 miles from Disney World and the other parks, but more affordable than those closer. The staff were very accommodating and very helpful. I called for some maintenance on the microwave and the maintenance man was there immediately. There is a locked gate between the resort and the grocery and restaurant next door but I felt safe. I had left behind eye glasses and they were very helpful in getting them back to me. I was satisfied with our time spent there.

Don't let the surrounding area fool you. This place is a cute quiet and quaint resort. Although it can use a little TLC, this resort is clean and comfortable.

Nice two bedroom apartment for the week. Great bed for sleeping. Bathrooms and kitchen, nice builders grade cabinets and appliances. Kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. Heating and cooling was precise. Location is safe, but not real close to major attractions. Tollway is 5 minutes from villas and will take you everywhere. Get a sunpass. You will avoid traffic. Online photos are representive of property.

Rooms are clean and specious. TVs and appliances are outdated. The kitchen could use more cookware and serving utensils. The pools and hot tub was enjoyable.
